HOUSE RULES

General rules

• No pets allowed
• No smoking
• Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out by 12:00PM

Additional rules

• All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.
• Please note: A 2.5% levy will be collected at the time of booking. This fee is calculated based on your nightly rate and is capped at $10 USD per bedroom, per night.
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a nanny.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 95 days

Cancel up to 95 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 95 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
